Walker injures knee, may return to K-State

Uhhh... what? Walker was a midyear arrival at K-State because he was in school too LONG and he exhausted his eligibility. Sorry but you couldn't be more wrong there.
Actually, I think you're wrong...kind of.

He played in a few high school games when he was supposed to be an 8th grader, then transferred to a different school. The state high school whatever denied him another year of eligibility during his senior year because of those games so he graduated early and enrolled at K-State.

Either way I believe that K-State said that both Walker and Beasley were eligible when they left school.

This is correct. Bill is actually really smart. Just doesn't apply himself like a lot of college kids.

Nope, it's because he exhausted his eligibility playing varsity as a 7th/8th grader....Uhhhhhh I think you're wrong here.

Either way he's gone. K-State will be near the bottom once again. I don't believe Martin is a coach of the year candidate next year.

And why isn't this in "Conference Rivals"? Are we that slow?

Too bad for Walker. ounds like what happened to that one guy at KU last year.
