Videos Automatically Playing

Been having an issue recently where embedded videos, tweets or otherwise, are automatically playing just as I’m scrolling, while not ever hitting play.

Thought I was accidentally doing it at first, but it’s been occurring over and over.

Anyone else having this issue?
