***VEISHEA 2013***

My favorite police scanner activity from 2012 was a manager from some restaurant in campustown phoning in a report of a drunk women who mistook his office for the restroom.
 
So. Sunday night, lol which hardly counts as the state of VEISHEA, I fell through the floor of a house I was partying at. I had been "getting to know" a girl on the couch, and decided to head somewhere more private. Instead, I ended up in the basement and she went home..
Next time I'll take the stairs

I understand you guys are being funny, but man has VEISHEA gone downhill...

I came to ISU in the fall of 05 so I missed the really crazy times, but during VEISHEA week there was rarely a sober moment within my group of friends. (granted if it wasn't for our student status, we likely would have been considered alcoholics..) Now I know the week is young & some of you wrongfully think this week is a marathon, not a sprint, but c'mon!

I expect this thread to get real messed up over the next few days so by the time I get back to Ames Friday afternoon, I can remember not remembering my college days like they were yesterday. All you young bucks have a huge responsibility in front of you - give us grads stories so we can live vicariously through you!

DON'T disappoint all of us who can't be there to enjoy it for ourselves. Go forth, conquer the city of Ames, & live a VEISHEA week that makes us proud!!!
