Vegas Baby

Last time we were there, one of my buddies called one of the hookers out of the magazine probably 75 times. She and him got into it pretty good. He wasn't calling for any sort of services, just to pester her. At one point she said "stop calling me you ****ing piece of trash!" My friend responded with . . . "How am I the one that is trash? I'm not the one naked, spread eagle in a sex magazine!"

It was rather humorous having this conversation while walking down the strip. The best was when she was on speakerphone while we were in McDonalds.

Go see Bite at the Stratosphere, the show isn't much compared to the big name ones but the price was cheap and it was topless. We got comped tickets and actually ended up enjoying it.

Crazy Girls at the Rivera = GOOD STUFF!

O'Sheas has beer pong tables . . . And a midget in a leprechaun suit who feeds you shots off the bar.

We actually thought about going to that. Where'd you get the tickets?

We got them through the hotel ticket office, I like being able to pick out my seats and make sure I have a good one. I would much rather pay a bit extra when I have to, to get a better seat instead of paying for something anyway and having a bad view.

Our hotel is downtown. Good sportsbook there? How early would one want to get to the sportsbook to watch games on Thursday and Friday?

The plaza is a dump for a good sports book down there goto the golden nugget or binions.

The tickets 4 less place downtown is right inside the 4 queens they open at 9am.

I watched the superbowl while playing poker at binions very comfortable in their new poker room.

I don't think getting bad seats should be a concern for the most part. When I went to see Penn and teller the place was not even a third full.

I've seen almost every show on the strip and my personal favorite is the Beatles "LOVE" at the Mirage.

I am really PO'd that I haven't heard of this before...

O'Sheas had a ton of ISU people last Sept as well. It's where we go every time we're in Vegas, for one of the nights. Play a little "War" for some fun, easy gambling, and then play beer pong. Great times.

Going to Vegas for first time during the first round of NCAA Tourney. Any suggestions, things I need to see, best gambling, shows, etc. from Vegas vets? First to suggest Carrot Top gets a beating.

If you are going truly for the NCAA Tourney, and that's what you're going to do during the day, then the sports books will start lining up hours before they open - no lie. Same with ESPNZone in NY/NY (this is where we go now, as it's just upstairs from their sports book, and food and drink are easier to come by). We were in line for seats at 6 AM or something... it's ridiculous.

I am still upset I didn't get to go to the hooters tailgate last september.

My favorite place is that irish pub in NY/NY.

My favorite also... Last time we were there they had a great band and there was some Rugby team from Ireland that was really getting into it... It was a blast...
