Vaping

Not sure if any of you have heard of this or tried it, but I just signed up for Zamplebox. https://www.zamplebox.com/

It seems pretty cool, you give them a flavor profile of your likes, and dislikes, and they send you bottles of e-juice from all over the US based on your flavor profile.

Some of my normal flavors were getting old, and I hate driving an hour to get more juice. Now I can get unique juices each month in the mail. Fairly cheap too.

By the way, 3 months without a cigerette.

What I've found is that a lot of the local stores make their own juice and a lot of them suck. I did find an online place that is located in Omaha that makes a lot of great juice. Nicoticket is the name and I really like their desert flavors.

Anyone with experience using vaping to quit chewing? Effective? Viable replacement? Did you vape throughout the day, or just like have a session? I only have a dip right after work and then another small one at night.

Also looking for low down on the best place or at least a serviceable place to get a strong set up in the DSM metro. Or should I go all online?

I would go to a vape shop the first time. They can help you if you explain what you are looking for. After you figure out what you like and what you want, it is the cheapest online.

Central Iowa E Cig does a good job getting you set up and answering questions.

Just bought some juice online from Vaporfi. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Stuff is very good. Bought four flavors, have tried three, and like two of them a lot.

The first one was Saturday morning cereal and is excellent. Second is a Pear tobacco blend that I like a lot. The Sweet N Silky was kind of vanilla/chocolate flavor, but the chocolate was overbearing. Definitely worth checking out.

My favorite flavor so far has been Nicoticket-Wakonda. I'm not a big fan of the fruit flavors so I try to stick with either milk/desert type flavors. I also get better flavors at around 8-10 watts. I have sub ohm tanks but I burn through a lot of juice and don't get as much flavor when I go 25+ watts. I started at 12 nicotine level and am down to 3.

What is a sub ohm tank? I hear a ton of terms thrown around and I'm not familiar with many. I'm using a Provari and I think I run 2 ohm cartomizers at 4.8 volts.

Allows you to run lower ohm coils. Some people use rebuildable coils but it's too big of PIA for me and like I said, I have no use in blowing a ton of vapor. The one I bought was a Kanger Subtank Mini which allows you to use aregular 1.6 ohm coil, a 0.5 coil, or build your own (RBA). I have a couple of mods(battery) that will run this tank. My favorite is a Cool Fire IV which will go up to 30 watts. I have another that will go to 50 watts.

There are also drippers but I know nothing about those.

So I chew infrequently. Mostly just during golf season. Can take me up to a month to finish a tin, and usually bandits or pouches. Obviously I'm not overly addicted, just love that taste with beer and golf.

A buddy was vaping the other day, and I tried it. (Cupping around the nozzle so I didn't pass along my germs. ) I was blown away how hard it was to take that in. I was expecting it would be like breathing in the shower. I coughed without "smoke" each time. He can crank it up and leave a solid white cloud.

Very interesting product.
