You can say all you want about our bad performance and lack of focus but it was pretty apparent those refs were biased. Worst I've ever seen watching basketball for 30+ years. Critics will say you have to play your best so the refs won't be a factor but when you get hacked every drive it's difficult to overcome.
Those refs should be ashamed at the calls at the end. From browns travel to the push offs to the inconsistent calls on RW vs Brown. They could have called a foul everytime RW went to the hoop yet they find a way to blow the whistle on every one of Browns drives.
Deep down the cost to pay off the refs is pennies for UTs budget. Heck the BigXII now has 6 teams in so it's exactly what the Big XII wanted. Pretty amusing really and no wonder we had so much foul trouble.
