US vs El Salvador - World Cup Qualifying

Been a good amount of ups and downs. I think it's there, just a little bit of jitters or not sure how the game is being called. Crowd is rowdy, love to see it but think the second half is shored up a bit and hopefully put a few more chances on target.

every counter we get it feels we are always holding it too long. take a shot or push it to a wing to get some sort of spacing.

need to win more set pieces as well, we get good movement and solid chances usually

This is an honest question...

I watch some MLS, which is maybe the 7th or 8th best league in the world, and this game doesn't seem any "better". What should I've watching between the MLS and the country's best players?

Again, novice here, why do these national team games suck really bad sometimes? I want to get my son into watching the national team but games like this aren't helping.

First touch and passing are usually the things I notice the most. Although, MLS has gotten tremendously better in the past 5 years.
