UNLV doesn't have to cheat to recruit good players. We are a destination city and the heart of AAU basketball. Ames is a shyt town in BFE. Honestly with ISU's lack of basketball tradition and terrible location I'm surprised they recruit so well. Credit to Hoiberg- guy is a brilliant coach. He would take UNLV's roster to the Elite 8 or better.

You have a problem with somewhere you've probably never been. Not sure what happened to you personally that made you so miserable and hateful. I don't think a single person on this board would say Ames is more fun than Vegas - so what is your point? Last I heard athletes went to school to get drafted or get an education. One of the reasons players come to ISU is to focus on basketball. They don't need/want 24/7 distractions from what they came here to do.

When I moved to Ames (from a city far, far larger than Vegas) it sucked. But then I learned to appreciate what central Iowa is like and the lifestyle it creates. Happiness is something you create yourself. You don't sound happy.
