If you want a glimpse of what a white/yellow/white combo might look like, Toledo is wearing this exact combo against Ball State on Espn 2. Ball State is wearing black jerseys on the road, but I don't know if Texas Tech would too.

We haven't seen all grays with white helmet, and I think they will look better with the white helmet.

In the linked tweet Jeff Woody is campaigning for White/Red/White. I'd love to see what that looks like in action.

They have done something different every week, so I bet next week we see white/red/white. I like doing gold this week and red next week as TT has red in their scheme, and WV has gold.

Sort of off topic, but Istatefb blocked me on Instagram because I told them losing to fcs schools is unacceptable back when NDSU beat us. Unfortunately I can't get them to unblock me, and I can't see any of the uniform combos or anything cool like that anymore

My preferences for WVa -- downplaying the gold to contrast w/ opponent colors:
1. White-cardinal-white
2. All-cardinal
3. White-cardinal-cardinal

I might even swap 2 & 3, since we've seen all-C already.

ISU also could pull the switcheroo and do C-W-C at home, a la LSU. (I do not expect this to happen).

We all can't be apart of group think. Sorry, but it doesn't look great. Also, ISU doesn't have to be Oregon with uniform combinations. Get some new uniforms next year and gray helmets to go with the Storm uniforms and ISU is good. I'm all for alt uniforms, just doesn't need to happen every game.

ISU's tinkering with uniforms is not even in the same league as Oregon. ISU simply has 4 colors and they mix and match between them. Oregon is constantly rolling out new designs and new colors as well as mixing and matching. I'm a curmudgeon but I think what ISU has done does a good job of giving what the kids like in something new and different all of the time without becoming a cartoon like some of the uniforms out there.

By the way, I really like the Georgia Tech gold that was posted earlier. I like less yellow and a touch more gold.

Anyone else watch the Toledo game last night on ESPN? I was thinking that the combo they were wearing would look great. CMC must have seen it and had the same impression. They were in white helmets, maze with blue trim on the jerseys and white pants. Looked great!

Something I have heard of other teams doing is letting the senior class choose the combo each week.

I personally really like that idea.
