Also, I think it's appropriate that the house was built in 1969.

We toured a house years ago that had a giant painting of a nude woman (I assume the wife of the residence) above the bed. There were very strategically placed pillows to cover the naughty parts.

Back when I was installing floors, we were down in a basement checking joist direction and there was a full nude painting of the lady of the house. Somewhat awkward.
