I thought Harris was the less likely of the two (not that I thought he was unlikely in an absolute sense). Some of the Memphis board posters intimated that Harris left on his own, because he was not good enough, not that Penny ran him in order to make space for DeAndre Williams (a big get from Evansville) on the scholarship chart.

Seeing him get it makes me feel great we will go 2/2 for Hinson here soon. I have no idea what form the eventual season is going to take, but I am excited to see if JCL, Tyler, and Blake can lead a turnaround. We lost a transcendent guy in Haliburton, but we are going to be much better #2 through #12 next season, or so I would think.

We absolutely will. We replace abysmal 3-point shooting with good outside shooting around Bolton.

Excellent news!
Biggest issue with last years team was a lack of outside shooting, Tyler is a big piece to solve that issue. Looking forward to *finally see Harris ball out in Hilton.

Harris from three...

FR = 79/251 (31.5%)
SO = 59/162 (36.4%)
---
Career = 138/413 (33.4%)

I would not call that the record of a sniper.

But yes, I know a young man can improve. Here is Matt Thomas across the years...

FR = 44/131 (33.6%)
SO = 32/97 (33.0%)
JR = 89/206 (42.3%)
SR = 89/200 (44.5%)
