Agree at least they still might be alive if they were abducted. Sad either way, maybe they just wandered off and got lost, though I'm doubtful.

Once the lake is drained we will all know. If they aren't in the lake it is most likely an abduction situation.

Agreed. As this drags on it looks more and more like there are only 2 real conclusions left, and neither are a good result. Incredibly sad stuff, but you hold out hope for some safe resolution.

Was not around during this, but scary to think about. Even scarier to think about was that there was a specific person who "scouted" Johnny for his eventual captors. What a messed up place this is.

I can't help to think they we're kidnapped for human trafficking if they are not found. Our church just had a guest speaker from our local women's shelter for trafficked women, she said besides the Texas/Mexico border the Midwestern cities; Kansas City/St. Louis & Minneapolis/Des Moines/Omaha are the highest number of trafficked women. Once they get them in and drugged and beat them they are too scared to even attempt to run away because they know they will find them and make things worse. Just scary.

I don't think too many people are worried about that up here. There are flyers for these girls all over the place. I've seen a ton of them up here in Waterloo and Cedar Falls.

Possibly but there could be another reason why they have not surfaced (or maybe they have and haven't been found) how big is this lake?
