Two Days Out - Tailgating Menu

Going with chicken sandwiches, with bacon and cheese and all the fixins. A little lighter than burgers or brats in the heat. Son is bringing Boulevard Radler (among other flavors).
Had an idea, maybe the best idea I have ever had - but not enough generator to execute. Wanted to rent a soft-serve ice cream machine, and make homemade Clone Cones on a hot humid day. Figured we could hand out about 20,000 of those in G7, and be the coolest thing since canned beer. But the machine needs many many amps, more than my generator can put out.

We are doing burgers and brats (our local market makes great brats- pizza and Blue Moon are our favorites) and I'm making shredded buffalo chicken sandwiches. Then a Doritos corn dip and a spicy cheesy dip, fresh fruit and dessert. The bar is stocked and the beer is chilling - going to buy an extra case of water today.

And for some reason we chug a bottle of boonesfarm, everyone takes a pull, until gone........not sure why, just occurs every game.
