Doing some light reading this morning
1) Why was he not arrested in 2018 when he confessed to being in the car? Wouldn’t that at a minimum be an accessory and he hid **** for 22 years
2) Speculation by law enforcement in the past speculated P Diddy had a $1 million bounty on Tupacs head. Why the **** has he been cleared in all this?

Number 2 answered your own question, money. If a guy is will long to spend 1 million to have a guy killed, how much would he spend to hide a crime?
Much like the fact that Magic Johnson for all intensive purposes has found the cure for HIV, it’s also money.
I want to apologize for my previous post. I let my frustrations with this episode get away from me, and it rankles me how long it took to arrest someone. I hope that fans, friends, and family will find some sense of closure.
