You work at a golf course, you're his natural born enemy...I love the issues you bang the drum for. It gives me a chuckle.

I hate it when there's like, a handful of blades of grass that are longer than the rest after the lawn is mowed. It's a huge pain in the *** because I have to stand there with my glass of scotch in my hand, out in the sun causing the ice cube to melt as I point and scream at my gardener to fix it with a pair of scissors. It's just the worst, amirite, guys?
Cry me a river. So you have one couple in your neighborhood that are smart enough to do the right thing and you're ticked off because it might make your perfectly manicured chemical cesspool yard have a few dandelions.
Maybe you should just do the smart, and right thing and leave your yard alone? Let's see, you might get a few dandelions in your yard because of that one couple's yard... versus that couple might get cancer from your yard.... which is worse?
Get over yourself. Just relax and enjoy life. Who cares about a few weeds.
Long story short, using chemicals on your yard is fine as long as you don't eat your dog the next day.So your neighbors dog died, the vet did no tests, but said its probably the chemicals in yards that did it. I told this story to my vet and he said that it was the carpet in his house that killed him. Better get that carpet out asap.
Chemicals on lawns will do no harm to your pets assuming you dont sit out there and spray the pet and wait a day to throw the dog back in the yard. Its like using antibiotics in food animals, no harm as long as you dont eat the animal the next day.
save some money, go get some 24d, trimec, and roundup from the co-op. Go get some lawn fertilizer.....Profit.
Trimec is basically 2-4D and banvel IIRC, so just get that. The roundup kills everything, so not sure what your accomplishing there.
Wish we could say the same thing in ag fields. The roundup kills everything.
