Does anyone know if Iowa State recruited Trisha Nesbitt from Ames High to play basketball at Iowa State? Also is her boyfriend Harrison Barnes? Its to bad Iowa State did not make a package deal to get both to stay home. I have never seen Trisha play but I would think she would be good enough to play at Iowa State since she is going to Iowa and they kicked our tail this year.

Why is this in the Wrestling thread, and yes, she is dating Harrison. She isn't the type of player that Iowa State is looking for

Actually it could be the best of both worlds. If he wants to stay close to her, then ISU is the clear choice.
Or.... he could go to Iowa and see her everyday. Seriously, if I were an Iowa fan I'd be a little upset that they have virtually no chance to get Barnes. They're a major conference team, solid history, and his love is going there and they still can't sniff the kid.
Does anyone know if we offered Trisha. No one has answered my question? I would say Harrison Barnes is the luckiest guy in Central Iowa. Not only is he the hottest basketball prospect our state has ever had but also is dating the best looking girl at Ames High.
No offer was or ever was going to be made. She is a talented player, but not on par with what we're bringing in.
