There are other things especially in his personal life but alas, as we’ve been warned can’t discuss racism as it’s “political”. But please show where I ever even insinuated that he deserved cancer? I’ll wait.
Well, if you aren't, then you aren't. You brought it up in a response to someone who said he did deserve cancer.
 
Before making these kinds of statements, you need to go and do some reading on the early history of Montana (as a territory and state). "Civilization" was a slow developing process. Cattle rustling, highwaymen, claim jumpers, murdering people to settle disputes, all were frequently brought to justice by hanging. It was the most common form of execution (at that time). If you are of the belief that hanging bad guys was only directed at African Americans, then you are not being historically honest.

Right. A lot of white people were hanged in this country, and a good number of them were probably innocent of the accusations too.

Vague statements about hanging bad guys is an allusion to that era and way of life. Filming a video on the site of a racially motivated lynching is far more pointed and objectively interpreted as a racist gesture.
