Tonight loss was tough to watch. So let's try and reflect on times that we enjoyed more. So here is the question. While you were a students (not just during anytime) who was your favorite BB player at ISU?

For me I would have to say Jake Sullivan. So many good memories and so clutch from the free throw line and 3 point range!

I would say Stinson. But last year left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe Vroman. Soo big and strong, yet soo quick/ agile.

Tinsley and Fizer were incredible to watch together. I don't konw how many times I looked at my friends with an amazed, "Where did that come from?" look on my face.
Those looks still happen with this years team, but not in a good way.

Mine would have to be Shawn Taggart.

(joking)

Seriously though, this is only my second year in college, so it's a little rough for me choosing from just players during that period, whith so many favorite players I've followed in the years beforehand.

I'd probably have to say John Neal, just because I loved his hustle. I always enjoyed seeing him out on the floor. I got chills when he started on senior night and was the last player to be called during the starting line-ups: Joooooooohhhhhhhhnnn NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL!

Jeff Grayer with his injured knee wrapped and just pile driving through the opposition. Like a Mario Boggans.

had to be fizer. ill never forget when he posterized chris mihm. never expected him to be that good in the nba, but man he was a hell of a college baller.

My time at ISU spanned two different mini "eras", early on being the Mayor-Meyer-Michalek (sp?) and my last 2 yrs being with TF's crew of JC, Dedric, Cato etc....

overall, of course the Mayor was one of the all time greats. But I truly enjoyed watching Dedric Wiloughby play, he had a smooth as silk jumper and every time he shot it Hilton was on the verge of erupting. For an honorable mention, Kenny Pratt had so ridiculously good moves down low for a guy his size.

You have got to be kidding me. His whole carrier based on a couple threes against Iowa.....not that it wasnt nice to win the game, but when ever did he do anything....he was worthless and a waste of a scholarship.........not near on the same level as Sullivan, Horton, Willoughby, or the Mayor.

NO he belongs on the same level as a waterboy for the team.....and maybe if he was good enough in practice he could wipe the sweat off the good players.

I believe he was talking about his favorite for the time he was/is in school (he said 2 yrs)....and if you were a cyclone starting last year.....that would be hard to find a favorite player.
