Was just listening to her the other night (underrated duet). Amazing voice, amazing performer.
One of the better performers of all time. She seemed ageless.
One of the best.

Tina was Santana's first choice for vocals on "Game of Love." - The music label rejected it and told him to find someone younger and settled on Michele Branch. This is probably why this song has vocal elements that seem to fit Tina more than Michele.
A voice (and legs) that were unmatched. Loved her music and style.

Aside from her being an icon, she was also one who adapted through the decades and found a way to re-emerge in the 80s etc.

Saw her live up in St. Paul mid to late 80s that show ROCKED! Just saw Tina the musical at the Civic Center last wk. It was really good. RIP queen of rock and roll.
