It's honestly a call that doesn't get called enough at any level or anywhere. Can't blame receivers for doing it if it doesn't get called.
Agree. I suspect officials could call offensive or defensive pass interference or holding on every pass play in CFB and NFL. That's why great defenses are very physical on the back-end.
Offensive interference gets overlooked a ton. But as mentioned, great receivers (and defenders) are artists at getting away with it

Actually learn the rules and tryharder next time. You can extend your arms its the matter of displacing and impeding the opponent. Offenses are granted much much more leeway on 50/50 contact. This is a pathetic attempt at a troll
Kolar got away with a comical push-off against Iowa - think it was with Belton in coverage. Seems like that is a rather important part of his repertoire.
