Three Albums (CDs)

It's near impossible, but I think I'm going with.

Weezer - Weezer (blue album)
The Joy Formidable - A Balloon Called Moaning
Patrick Wolf - The Magic Position

Mother Mother, Arcade Fire, The National, The Beatles, Anaïs Mitchell, Wolf Parade, and The Stereo Bomb banging on the door. Basically I don't think I could live with just three.

Yeah, there are several on your list I couldn't imagine not listening to, as well. I mean, going forever without "Boxer"? Probably not.

My gf's mom manages a local jewelry store, and Cooper came in there a few days ago and bought jewelry from her. Pretty exciting stuff!

Alice Cooper - Killer was the 2nd album I ever bought (Black Sabbath - Paranoid was #1). Still love both of them.

Oasis-What's the Story Morning Glory
Nirvana- Unplugged
Green Day- International Super hits (I couldn't pick just one album so I went with the greatest hits)

Paranoid wouldn't be too far down on my list. I listen to that album and can't believe how heavy and hard it is. And then I think about how it was recorded in 1971. Unbelievable stuff.

I was 12. I had this little record player it barely fit on. Sounds a lot better in stereo.

Because I can't limit myself to 3 albums I think the only possible answer for me is the following:

We all band together and overthrow the government.

Assuming 2xLPs count as one:

The Who - Quadrophenia
Beatles - White Album
Howlin' Wolf - Moanin' in the Moonlight

Assuming they count as two:

Howlin' Wolf - Moanin' in the Moonlight
Beatles - Abbey Road
Neil Young - After the Goldrush

The Beatles White Album
The Eagles Hotel California
Grand Funk Railroad - Mark Don and Mel

The Black Keys - their greatest hits album that hasn't been made yet. If that's cheating, then I'll take the Brothers album.

The Beatles - White album

Rage Against the Machine - Battle of Los Angeles

It was very hard to leave off a Bowie album. And The Police. And Kraftwerk. And looking through my itunes, about 30 other artists.

By the way, where does it say no greatest hits comps?

1 Beatles - The Beatles (aka White Album)
2 Chuck Berry - The Great 28
3 Van Morrison's Greatest, Vol 1

1) Beatles-The White Album
2( Led Zepplin II
3) Edgar Winter and White Trash-Roadwork(live album)

You can't deny the truth. The White Album must be on this list.

Mine are;

Meddle, Pink Floyd
Beatles, The Beatles
Zen Arcade, Husker Du

DC, I'd love to put Hunky Dory and Outlandos d'Amour on this list too...
