I just had a struggle with generic plastic wrap, this has happened before. I rarely have issues with Glad Cling Wrap. Next time, I won't save $.30 but I will save my sanity and go with Glad.

What are some other things where the brand name is so much better than the cheap or generic item? I know I have more items but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

I pretty much love the target brand of everything. Except their toilet paper.

Ketchup is ketchup is ketchup to me. Although Heinz and Whataburger ketchup are a little better. Nothing wrong with generic ketchup to me.

Don't go cheap on hookers.

Although, if you do go cheap on hookers, make doubly sure you don't go cheap on the condoms.

shoes (especially for working out)
rum
toilet paper
actually most clothes now too. Rather spend more on shirts that will last instead of getting holes after six months with Kohl's stuff. Though I still like their workout gear.
Makeup/face products
Duct tape
AI gloves
