Idk how far this team will go with their lack of size, but I have to admit it's pretty fun watching a bunch of these former Cyclones play together at once.

Commons and stotts add some much needed height. Just need to realize we need rebounding and post defense, not scoring. Tough to fit in in a spaced out system like we have tho.

I wonder if they will look to add to their roster if they get out of the weekend. Would be costly ($3000 per roster add after 2nd round), but would be nice to add 2 more guys. Royce or Thomas or McKay? Look at former Drake/UNI guys as well?

Ugly start, ugly finish....but that's Iowa State basketball. Did just enough to win. Now on to play the K-State Alumni team. Tough, but it only gets tougher after that if they happen to win. Good luck Hilton Magic Legends!!

My 4 teams that I became a fan of are all still alive! I win $1000 if Boeheim's Army, Golden Eagles, Ram Nation win it all. I get $4000 if Hilton Magic Legends win it all.

Man, Hogue would of been huge on this team. Too bad he's not playing.

Hogue is on their roster, not sure where he is. I don't think Ejim was able to do it or turned down the offer. Not sure about Clyburn.

Saw the other day on Twitter where Ejim just signed a deal with a Russian pro team so that may have something to do with why he's not playing.

This. It was a fun watch (only caught the 2nd half) but they are going to be very overmatched going forward with nothing but a handful of small guards. Having Brackins and Hogue on the team would have made it interesting.
