Got a gold towel from the Liberty Bowl.....keeping it hidden. Actually I think it's still wet and cold....that was a miserable game. Need to become bowl eligible, win it, and get that memory erased.

Lol the student section was more than a quarter full.

Also, it might be colder but the weather isn't worse than KU and add the fact that the student lot will be open this game.

Student here. I'll be going, and there's a huge buzz on campus. Some people will get in line by about 11:30AM from what I hear.

Back in my day... guys from my floor hauled couches out to the south lots (now Rieman Gardens parking?) and camped. Hard to believe that was only ~20 years ago (which is a long time...)

Since I’ve been a student (2014) I don’t think I’ve known more than a handful of people who have ever waited in line before gates open. It’s a slow process to get people THAT excited about football again

Thanks Aaron. I was just simply pointing out what the cost would be and why they may have decided to not do the whole stadium. But by no means don't let that stop you from being an ass.

Be that as it may. Let’s 50000 towels are handed out with your logo and one percent might be in need of a new or used car and decide to check out the dealership. That’s 500 people on the lot. Let’s say one percent buy? Whatever the combination of new and used vehicles sold I would think you would make a profit? I really don’t know the car business but it would make more sense to me to spend the extra $$$ to have it in more people’s hands , seems like you are wasting it on just having it in the student section. That tweet that was posted definitely was worth some money also so who knows.
