I believe they're referring to when there was not a Big 12 championship game in football, which was only a 6 year window between when we had the North and South, and what we have right now. Had there not been a conference title game, we would've been crowned the champion.
What makes zero sense is him saying we "missed out" lol. I mean we didn't miss out, we just sucked back then and have a completely different coach than we do right now..

I sold points to get Nebby at +20.5. Did the same with ISU and got em at +20.5. Put em in a parlay and hope neither team gets blown out.
I think Nebraska is safe to cover 20.5. I'd be suprised if its more than 12 heading into crunch time. Iowa state could go either way feel like it'll be 6 or 36.
Most efficient in the big ten for past month i heard. That's a bit of a mirage but certainly improved. Not relying on the zone was biggest thing. I can't stand the zone defense we play. We constantly over rotate and bohannon is asked to cover too much space relative to his speed/quickness

I didn't expect Iowa to be in the 50's for defense this season. Especially when they were in the 120's or 130's just a few weeks ago.
Their defense has played better, but they've also benefited from some very poor offensive performances. PSU ran out of gas, and what was OSU doing?
