Texas vs. LSU

Way to go UT.

Had a chance, and blew it to let up for a 50 yard TD to close out the game.

If someone gives me **** about the terrible B12 defenses, this kind of thing makes it hard to argue.

Well to be fair, these offenses are pretty potent. It’s not like LSU is stopping progress on D over effectively either.

Maybe they just look bad compared to LSU, but Texas doesn't look that talented on defense.

Absolutely...problem is the SEC gets a pass when they have high scoring games. B1G is the same.

Fun game to watch. LSU's offense looks legit. Ehlinger just doesn't have enough big play talent around him to keep up in a shoot out and the Texas defense is far behind where they were last year.

For being a team full of guys used to playing in the heat and humidity of the bayou, LSU sure had a lot of players suffering from cramps tonight. Odd.

Heck of a game tonight! Good show by both LSU and Texas. We definitely need more big time games like this in CFB.

My apologies for lecturing the fan base earlier in the thread.

Let's Go State! Beat the Hawks!

8 plays within the 5 and they can't score.

Cows didn't deserve to win with that BS.

Side note.....there isn't a "half yard line" on the goddam field
Lining up in your base offense and running right at them makes a statement if you make it. If you don't, then not so much. There's a lot to be said for taking the three when they're sitting right there.

I could have been mistaken as i was watching this in a bar and just caught it, but did anyone see the the Texas O-line player pretend to jerk off on an LSU D-lineman after a play. it was subtle, but pretty certain this happened. i think it was late in the 3rd on one of texas' drives that ended in a td. LSU side of the field. Texas player was pushing and LSU DL over a pile of bodies a few seconds after the whistle, stepped back and did the deed. anyone dvr this?

if my eyes didn't deceive me, it would be nice to turn this into a gif and plaster the internet with it around oh, i don't know, november 15th or so.

Edit: #56 at the 7:45 mark 3rd qtr
