Teams You'd Prefer to Avoid/Play in March

UCONN and Purdue are pretty close. I wouldn't want any part of those 2 in the tourney. Beyond that I wouldn't be scared of any other team.

I actually thought of UCONN last night, they are pretty darn good

Purdue....well. I don't feel too nervous about them.

Kentucky surging as the calendar is ready to flip to March just like I predicted. Get them off the 6 seed line and up to 4/5 seed and on the other side of the bracket please. No 1 seed is going to want them in their bracket as a potential sweet 16 game.

yeah - you don't have me convinced on that one. sure, they beat Alabama, but they also just lost to LSU... and they lost to Gonzaga on their own home court.

They just don't scare me.

The only team I really want no part of is UConn in Boston (that's like MSU in Auburn Hills back in 2000). Everyone else - bring it.

The thing about those 2… if we are playing them, then we are in the elite 8 or beyond.

While I agree, Houston is a different team away from their home court. A lot of their games (against P6 opponents) away from home have been close or a loss - Xavier, A&M, Cinci, Texas, BYU, Baylor / ISU, KU, TCU. They’re a phenomenal team, no doubt, but not as dominant on an away or neutral court

Any teams that shoots a high volume of threes like BYU scares me.
