Omaha started for team USA. But I do not think he has scored. Can't score when you don't touch the ball.

Team USA offense so far seems to be drive the ball to the hoop with no eal organized offense but it is working against Madagascar as they are up 29-19 at end of first quarter.

TJ would not be happy in that most of Madagascar's points have been on fast break baskets.

Strange, during a timeout six players were gathered around the coach and all the other players were sitting on the bench. I did not like that.

Omaha started the second quarter too. But is out after about four minutes - like the first quarter.

I would guess maybe that's some sort of rule.
 
Final 136-69.

I think Omaha ended with 10 points. He played about the first four minutes of each quarter then sat. I don't think any of his baskets were on plays ran for him.

But I don't think there were any plays run by Team USA in general. Everything was drive to the basket. Poor 3-point shooting until the fourth quarter then they hit about four or five.

Nice female Aussie announcer.

Just saw the box score posted on cyclones.com. Biliew had 10 points on 4 for four from the floor and 2 of 3 freethrows. 8 rebounds. 0all in und0er 14 minutes playing time.

Very efficient, especially in thatvfor what I saw they were not running any offense through him. Of course, as I observed, yo me it seemed that they ran very little offense - it was take it to the hoop. Only three players had between 20 and 21 minutes played. Least time played was just 30 seconds less than Omaha. So time was well distributed amoung the players.

Team USA playing non-team ball like yesterday only Slovenia is playing defense and shooting well. USA trying to drive but not working Slovenia up 29-20 with 6 minutes left in half.

Diferent starting lineup for team USA But the same substitution pattern. Not really impressed with Team USA's play. Little passing of the ball.

Omaha played quite a bit in first quarter, but didn’t really do anything of note other than a couple of turnovers and a missed shot. Hasn’t played yet in 2nd Qtr
 
Seems like the USA offense is whoever has the ball tries to drive to the basket. No passing. Little movement. Not impressed with the coaching.

It’s like no one sees the value in a facilitator like tyrese or a pure shooter or post up big. You don’t need elite athletes to win these games.
