TCU -17

Throw out the Minnesota game outlier and they have scored 70, 56, 55, 50 and 52. Figure they will score in the 50's and we will do our usual 20-something.

ELI5 how to bet online on this? I've never been a gambler but there is no way TCU doesn't cover that.

The problem with that thinking is that Minnesota, Texas Tech, and K-State are all much, much better than ISU. Even if TCU comes out sloppy, they will still easily cover. We had over 300 yards rushing against Tech, supposedly the kind of offensive attack you need to slow down an uptempo offense, and we still came nowhere near close to winning the game. ISU could run for 400 yards and TCU would still cover.

The problem with that mindset as a Big 12 fan is TT neutralized our 313 rushing yards. They had 261 on 14 fewer carries (8.4 YPC). We averaged 7 YPC. If we equal out the carries (45 to 31), 14 more rushes for them adds another 118 yards or 379 (assuming the avg). If teams neutralize our rushing attack and we get tripled in passing yards, we will always get manhandled,

Man, do I wish I had about $50,000 just laying around in under the cushions of my couch to bet on this game.

I'd be floored if TCU doesn't cover that spread.

Three interceptions was the Deathzone for us.

So does anyone know where to go to place a bet? I've never done online betting, but this is a sure thing.

Maybe Vegas knows something that we don't. Like maybe Jamie is going to make a coaching change this week.

Vegas knows that Jim Harbaugh is being brought in? Other than that, I don't think it'll matter who is the interim HC if they're already on staff.
