tailgating at kansas state

im thinking of taking the motorhome down to k state. what is the atmosphere down there? is it worth a road trip. is there good parking for rv tailgating?

Idk about the RV but tailgating is solid down there, not exactly like Ames but the stadiums are similar in that they are out in the open on the edge of town, so there is plenty of space nearby for tailgaters, we usually end up NE of the stadium,basically always surrounded by ISU fans. Seems like there are RV's in those lots now that I think about it. K State is probably my favorite road trip due to proximity and IMO their fans are super easy to get along with. Also tickets are pretty affordable. We ended up in the first row two years ago, paid $50 a ticket.
