Stranger Things

S2 is up. I'm already 3 episodes in and its been pretty entertaining thus far. Kind of wondering what the payoff is going to be for the very first scene of episode 1 - it has not been referenced at all. 80s nostalgia hasn't skipped a beat - there has to be some kind of drinking game for any time you see a toy in the background that you also owned growing up.

Finished it all this week and was really impressed. I didn't expect it to be as good as Season 1, but it was right up there. Acting is unbelievable. I'm ready for Season 3.

Yeah, if anything it just showed us that there are other experiments out there still living. But curious on the significance of that scene or it was just showing us that others are still out doing things with their powers.

I'm 5 episodes into season 2 and so far it's even better than the first season. Pretty much every episode has had a cliff hanger that makes you want to keep on going.

We binged on season 1 on Friday night as I hadn't seen the second half of it, so we watch episode 1 of season 2 at like 3 in the morning Saturday. Excited for season 2!

From most I've heard from personally they think it's as good if not better than season 1.

The only thing I'm pissed about is some post made it to like #5 of r/all and I didn't catch the spoiler tag or what sub it was, i just figured it was NSFW and I was browsing at night on my phone so i don't check that crap. I clicked and saw the picture, then went back and saw the thread was titled something about who the 'hero' was. So I'm guessing a lot of it is ruined for me.

Just finished season 2 up and wow this show is so well done. Curious to see where they take it if there is a season 3. I would love to get more of a back story on Eleven because I feel like there’s still a lot of ways that can go. Not sure what else they can do with the Upside Down

We've been watching all week. Got to episode 7 last night...what in the hell was that? I'll try not to spoil anything, but you've got all of this tension rising between 98% of the cast, then you spend an entire episode focusing on nothing to do with the main plot? I've loved this season more than last, but what was that garbage?
