Vecna will possess the ability to make one extra kill. However, the kill will take 24 hours to take effect, and the person Vecna selects to kill will be told they are having strange visions as soon as Vecna targets them. NOTE: If Vecna dies before the 24 hours is up, then the person he targeted will not die.
