Steve Prohm

He has no idea what he is doing , so nothing is going to change. To have a transformation in an organization, you need to know first why you are failing, Prohm has no clue.
That's why he likes all the neat offensive sets he sees on Twitter.

So a coach to teach the coach how to coach?

If Prohm’s a good recruiter, and an assistant actually knows BB, why don’t they swap jobs?
Overall responsibilities? Fred hired Lutz to do the same.

He got an extension didn't he? I don't think we increased his pay. Which I think goes to show Pollard hasn't been overly impressed but he deserved the job at the time.
I thought he got a $300,000+ pay bump and each year of his contract, goes to 2025, no matter how terrible he does, gets him an extra $50,000 a year.

Just checked, you're correct. He is one I would have had no problem letting him go. I wanted him to go so we could try and get Nate Oats.

We need a coach who can implement a QB sneak out of timeouts. Wait...

I know the inbounds plays thing can be a bit overrated as a debate, but is just simply not being able to inbound the ball whatsoever as big of an issue for anyone else?

FAMU tonight simply just fiipped the ball in, just to get it in, then ran some general set to get a bucket.

I don't want Prohm to stick around anymore. Iowa game finally broke me but this is a Pollard hire and unless there are complete meltdowns remainder of this season and next seasons I think it is safe to say Prohm will be here three more season. (Remainder plus two more).

Think Paul Rhoads and what it took to get rid of him.
