Murray, KY is more in the middle of nowhere than Ames is. The nearest city with anything going on is Nashville and thats a 2 hr drive. Heck you have to drive nearly 30 minutes just to get on an interstate from Murray.

According to the Story County Assessor Prohm bought this from the builder.

TJ bought a house in Ankeny.

Hopefully he will become a Briarwood member. (Although currently a waitlist, but wondering if they would make an exception.) I get to golf with several past players and current coaches. Not that I try to bend their ear to bring info here, but it's fun to hear shop-talk from these guys once in a while.

Ridiculous price? Do you have any reasoning behind that or is that just a large number to you? Based on the market, when he bought the house and the price and compare that today that is a very reasonable price.

We should have a separate thread about the value of Prohm's house. I think Zillow has it at 750k range, which to me is more reasonable considering there are no mountains or ocean views. We are talking about Ames, IA people. I graduated from ISU and lived there for 5 years.

I get to see Dennis every year at the member-guest as we use both Talons and Briarwood. He's such a nice dude.
