Reminds me of my mom's cousin's husband. He drives a Corvette. He recently started "flipping" houses and he goes to Home Depot and Lowes to buy lumber and large items with said Corvette. He won't get a truck because he doesn't want to be seen driving such a vehicle.

Man. Another way technology is destroying childhood. As annoying as getting ding dong ditched may be, it's almost like a rite of passage for a kid.
Well some of the videos being shared these punks are kicking hard on doors while they do it and stuff not just ringing random doorbells at 2am. IMO not the brightest thing to do in this day of age. Do that at the wrong house and may not be a a fun consequence. If I got woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of someone kicking at my door I'd think intruder not some stupid kid ringing a doorbell.

Ya. The added destruction of things getting a little much. The tik tok world is nuts with that. Like all the going into grocery stores and like dumping liquid, or opening ice cream and taking a bite and putting it back.

I don't feel bad for the kids getting caught ding dong ditching though. If they can't recognize a ring doorbell, they deserve the punishment and ridicule.

We've had them show up 3x in a single evening hitting on other rooms including bedroom 1.5 stories up on a weekday midnight. Thought someone was breaking in. I was super cool and told their parents one time. Don't **** with the mom who played more farm flashlight tag hours than you can count. My night vision is great and I highly enjoyed turning my brights on them as they tried to cross the road back to daddy's house. I knew exactly where home base was.
