Chase was a troubled kid and was sent away during high school so your mental health statement isn't too far off.

Spoke to a family member who works for Polk County and he is considered Armed and Dangerous and they believe he's headed North. Not sure when the murders happened yet so it's hard telling how far he's gotten.

Iowa is top 10 of states in mental health even after the cuts. Not sure if that stays true long term.
