Luke, Han, and Leia are all in the movie played by Hamill, Ford,and Fisher...that should give you an idea of the timeline we're talking about. Something tells me Leia won't be wearing her jabba's slave outfit.

This is completely consistent with canon. Sensor dish was knocked off during the second death star run.

I wish they would have done more with the time line between epII and epIV. EpIII seemed so quick for how important that time was for this series. Basically, I want what is going on with star wars rebels to be done in feature films.

TBH, age & gravity have impacted Luke as well. Han probably fares the best because he was already kind of craggy looking compared to the fresh-faced siblings.

A bit underwhelming. At least there is a germ of an idea about what the plot will be. I am concerned that Abrams will make it more about the action imagery than any kind of interesting story. i.e. Star Trek. I am not 12 anymore.

I'm always 12 when it comes to Star Wars, Star Trek, super hero movies.

Like others have said, teaser was a bit underwhelming, but I'm still pumped. Can't wait!

Growing up with the original 3 movies i was disappointed with the newer releases as well. Gotta admit though, just seeing the x-wings on the deck and the falcon inverted pulling some g's has got me fired up. Let's hope they don't screw this one up.
