I bet if we were getting B1G money, those logos would have been bigger.Have to agree with you. The logos seem too small. I would also like to see them higher up.
It's all relative. Good architectural composition balances the art with the surrounding content. In this photo the logos still look small, but instead of the matt it's against the name. That said, do you see that slab of concrete in the background with the 'PLAZA' on it. That is a better backdrop for the 'JACK TRICE STADIUM', thus allowing a single much larger logo centered on the balcony. Also, all caps is overbearing. 'Jack Trice Stadium' is much classier and doesn't scream for attention. This is, of course, just my Architecture opinion. How do you think that compares to the logos on the outside of the upper east deck?

That's fine, and I have no problem with your opinions. There's no question that many of the choices made aren't necessarily ideal, but they're limited by finances. It's all relative. Very good point. Economy in using the same jigs. That's fine, and I have no problem with your opinions. There's no question that many of the choices made aren't necessarily ideal, but they're limited by finances.
The reason for wondering about the size of those logos compared to the size of the logos on the bridge was, I was wondering if they were perhaps exactly the same. Then you're reusing designs, parts, et cetera and potentially saving money there.
None of it really matters, it was just a curiosity thing.
That was my thought, but I have no idea if it's true or not.Very good point. Economy in using the same jigs.
The Colossus of Rhodes...er...Rhoads...I mean...Campbell.They don’t want them to detract from the Matt Campbell inflatable that will be going up on top of the stair towers—standing with one foot on each.
I drove up Elwood on my lunch break today and thought it looked good. Proportions looked right in person.
