So we had a little flooding here in N Ankeny if you haven't heard... We just got our walls tested and we are dry and mold free. But I had to drill 1 inch holes along the baseboards to dry the insulation out. The worst cavity was only wet an inch up so we were very lucky.
My thought was to spray foam insulation in to fill the void where the insulation was pushed up. But I'm concerned about creating a bad vapor barrier. I'm guessing this is either a great idea or a terrible idea and wondering what you smart folk think.
