Just got back from the whole thing.. Easily one of my top 5 best college mememories. I got there once they got to the clocktower and nothing seemed too out of control. The whole countdown right outside JTS was pretty entertaining to see cops faces when the countdown started.

I just got back from the White House, there was easily a couple thousand people in front of the fence cheering and singing. They eventually made us back away from the gates and more uniformed secret services came out, we thought maybe President Obama was coming out because of all the extra security but when I left he hadn't. I feel sorry for whoever has to clean up all the beer cans in the morning.

I'm sorry we waited so long in killing him when we had earlier opportunities to do so. Because of the time elapsed between 9/11 and Bin-Laden's death, his demise slays only one head of the hundred-headed Hydra that is now Al-Qaeda. Hopefully, we can prevent two or three heads growing in place of the one. There's still a very long way to go in defeating radical Islamic terrorism.
