Something to be proud of

Not that you don't already have things to be proud of or anything, but thought this was cool to hear about ISU.

Seth Doege was just interviewed and asked about how our home crowd selling out against OU would help turn the tide against them. In his response, he mentioned how loud and crazy and amped your fans were. He said at times it was hard for him to think.

Just thought you would like to know that your crowd was very much "in the game" on Saturday. Very cool. Sometimes too much is made about capacity and not enough about the energy of the fans.

I thought the crowd was excellent. Klein's pick-6 was last year Iowa/OSU-loud. Died down in the second half when the offense couldn't do anything but in general, a great showing.

I think I broke something on that pick-6, unfortunately seems like the offense did too. Got any audio of that Stanley? Just interested in hearing it if it's out there.

I don't know how loud it was at JTS but I know how loud I was. The girlfriend gave me a shake of the head as my hands flew up in the air to signal a TD...all while sitting at the wedding reception table.

I'm very proud of the defense and the crowd. I can't blame the crowd for dying out when the offense stalled completely in the second half.

We just have to get it figured out on offense and quick.

Hey Stanley - congratulations on the win. Your defense impressed me. Our defense did what I hoped they would. Your defense and the game plan on that side of the ball was the difference. I tip my hat.

If you watch the highlights from the press box you can see the camera shaking during the play. It was Okie State loud for a while there. :yes:
