Some 3-29 MBB Recruiting Notes

KG, CIMD, or anyone else with info,

I read a lot, but obviously don't post often. Just wondering where we stood with Matt Pressey, I read ISU was a finalist when reading about Nebraska trasnfers. I have read in other spots he is all but Mizzou bound to play with his brother. I also read he was his JC region's MVP, the same region that included former and maybe current ISU target Kahlil McDonald.

Also, is the likely breakdown 1 perimeter player and 2 posts for the spring?

Thanks in advance.

Can you link to the article? Last I knew it was Mizzou and one other team I can't think of off the top of my head for Pressey.

Re: Clayburn is out of the picture ??

So what is going on with Clyburn? i havent heard anything new about him forever. I'd rather see him on Isu than Barnes. clyburn scored 54 and barnes signed wit Liberty before changing his mind. must be excellent!!
Not sure, Clyburn wants to wait it out.

Departures leave scholarships up in the air

Sadler said he wants to sign another guard or wing. Matt Pressey is high on that list. The Navarro (Texas) College guard, who has more than 20 scholarship offers, has narrowed his list to Iowa State, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas A&M.

Navarro assistant coach Eric Colbert said Pressey hasn’t yet scheduled any visits but would probably visit three schools.

Thanks! Wasn't aware we were recruiting Pressey, he is a very good player.

macdurmott needs to recruit college type players and leave the high school baller types he has recruited b4 at home where they can play sandlot basketball.he has wasted too many schollies on these types of players which leads me to think that he is not that great of recruiter.
