Single-game and Mini-Pack ticket sales

I was just at the ticket office and was told I purchased 3 of the last 5 single reserved tickets for the UNI game, with the hillside being COMPLETELY sold out! Only two TOTAL tickets left, should be a great showing for the first game.

Ticketmaster site only shows seats available in two sections. Do you want to sit in section D or 13? :)

Hopefully every game is a complete sell out at 56,800 fans. Dont think itll be impossible to do considering 43k are already sold.

Cannot wait for football season. Sadly, I didnt get season tickets in time so this season is going to be quite expensive for the games I do attend...

I'm ALL IN with two mini-packs. Have hit one or two games each season for past 25 years and am getting tired of buying from scalpers or sitting on the hillsides. Seats stink but I'm in before they are gone. Maybe I'll pony up for full season tickets in the future. There should be some single game available seats from Iowa fans who purchased season tickets and then unload the rest of their tickets into the market. Can't wait!

We cobble tickets together in a similar way. I would like to get season tickets, but our donations are never very much because we feel like paying the $8,000+ bill we just got for our student should count for something. I am still getting over the shock of the tuition hike by roughly a third once our engineering student became a junior, plus the engineering technical fee, special fees for certain classes, and pretty much every other fee they can dream up.

Your student should buy you "thank-you" tickets for picking up their tuition. Wish my folks would have done the same.

Back on topic... There are 37 "singles" left for the UNI game. Were about 40 an hour ago.

And, as bad and unsustainable as that is, $8k is still a steal compared to what they are having in-state students pay at the Cali schools like UCLA and Berkley and my other alma mater Virginia now-a-days.

I count 34 singles left for UNI. So yea, its gonna sell out.

Texas game has a long ways to go still, but most of them are Longhorn tickets.

And I count 82 singles left with OSU, but there are still hillsides available.

Oh, he contributes too, it is kind of a group effort and he gets some scholarships, but we are trying to keep his loans down. Hoping he and his brothers remember this so they don't stick us in some divey old people home when we get even older.:biglaugh:

Think there is any chance more of the mini-packs will open up, or do I need to start hitting the outside market to get tickets?

Plenty of mini-packs right now i think. Im able to go into the system and order 20 minipacks in section H if i really wanted to.

Mini-packs are sold out.

Did see they opened up a few seats for Oklahoma State in the top corner that aren't singles though upon the sell-out of the mini-packs.
