Actually I'm pretty sure it's north-south. with highway 30 being the middle.

Nathan Niewendorp from Unity Christian is playing for the North.... He is a great guy and I cant wait to watch him play... I think Iowa State should have recruited him! Mabey they can watch him when he is playing and then offer him a scholarship.

Yes they can but they are being limited some in practices when it comes to some of the conditioning drills by their conditioning coach. He does not want a lot more conditioning piled on top of what they are already doing.
