Shakur Juiston on njcaatv.com tonight

That was never the assertion.
Then I misunderstood your comments of "Bill isn't booting Bragg unless he feels very good he had an upgrade imo" and "do you think Bragg would be out right now if Juiston and other recruits....."

Kinda sounds to me you are saying you think that Self booted Bragg off the team once he found out he might have a chance to replace him.with someone else. Which is goofy because A) Bragg chose to leave and was not booted and B) they're Kansas and will always have the possibility of replacing someone like Bragg.

Not to mention they had 2 open schollies for next year prior to Bragg leaving so they were already recruiting trying to fill those spots. But if that's not what you were saying then hey, my bad.

That's quite different than "thinking that Bragg is being booted so they can get Juiston is."

And the many on the KU board think it wasn't Bragg's choice or that he wasn't welcomed back, but given how Self tends to waste four and five star big men I can see him wanting to leave.

When I think of guys like Bragg and Alexander, or the countless other four and five stars, I definitely think of turning straw into gold.

Hopefully Juiston doesn't sign up for the KU big man curse.

Alexander was actually pretty good. His mom prevented him from playing out the rest of the year and from returning.

Is this serious? I remember someone on the previous staff telling me he was the most overrated recruit out of Chicago that he could remember. Watching him play uptempo basketball in Hilton was hilarious

Yeah, for a freshman big he was pretty good. He was overrated as a recruit. More of a four star than a 5 star. He fouled a lot but had pretty high efficiency numbers. I think he averaged something like 7-8pts 5-6 rbs. Now in a day and age where people expect top recruits to come in and dominate right off the bat he didn't live up to those high expectations.
If he could have stayed he would have been a really good college player. He is like Swanigan but a little better athlete.

Mercy he looks like a freak athlete. Sign Mr. Juiston and one of these impact 5th year guards we've been mentioned with I fully admit my expectations go through the roof.

It'll be hard to say no to Bill Self but come play in Ames it is y our show no backseat to an 18 year old McDonald All American.

Balancing the scholarships is way overrated. Get the best available period.

The reason I say Edwards and Brown is unlikely is the same reasoning on why Juiston may pass on KU. Transfers want to start Brown wigginton Jackson would be a tough lineup to crack.

If Edwards comes great but he may prefer a different opinion if everything falls our way.

Grad transfers want to start and win. Jucos play more than one year and want to play D1 basketball.

We could easily take both guards, who have different skill sets.
