The really scary bit was through 11 games as a freshman he had more points and rebounds than all 4 of our current freshmen combined. Havent looked recently, but seeing as only walker is playing that likely is still true.One of my all time favorite players. Best moment when he flipped off the BYU crowed after they were yelling racist ****.
Also, player development was so good under Hoiberg. I remember when Melvin was a freshman and could barely dribble and shot like 20% from 3. Seeing him develop into conference player POY was awesome.
