What if Kansas played your biggest rival, Iowa?

That happened like 20 years ago...IIRC Dean Oliver hit a late 3 and Iowa themselves broke a long KU home-game winning streak. It was in November or December.

I don't necessarily hate either program....just not a fan of the fanbases' arrogance, and I literally got bullied by Iowa fans when I was younger for simply wearing an ISU shirt or something without uttering a word.

There's just this weird, obnoxious belligerent behavior that I've always associated with Iowa fans from repeated behaviors.

So looking at the entire season, the top teams in order are
ACC, Big12, PAC12, Big East, SEC, Big Ten
Total conference is
ACC, Big Ten, Big12, Big East, SEC, PAC12

Goes to show that the Big 12 and Big Ten do not have the very low bottoms of the other leagues but the Big 12 better top teams would put it above the Big Ten when looking at the conference as a whole. Big Ten top teams are mediocre at best but their worst teams are only below mediocre not scraping bottom of barrel bad as in other leagues.

Plus the RPI is less and less important. Just go through the top 30 RPI and you will see a ton of them seeded way lower or higher than their RPI. Don't just think you can spit out RPI rank and think that ends all discussion about what teams are better, at lease the Committee didn't do that.

Reading this thread you could easily say the same thing about some ISU fans. Some people suck, their SUCKDOME transcends collegiate allegiances. They just suck.

Why do you hate WVU so much? Not a long history, no geographic proximity, and they aren't some storied program, with lots of history.

Does ISU have any rival besides Iowa in football and basketball and Kansas in basketball? Just curious, as I know there isn't a football rivalry with Kansas.

I am no fan of WVU due to their antics against ISU and in general. Thuggy ball in basketball and obnoxious behavior on football field. Except for those experiences, I am indifferent toward them.
