Seemingly never ending Iowa MBB thread (still going.....)

I watch plenty.

I also caught some of the PSU-Iowa game.

I don't care what the stats say...Penn State was bad at playing defense.

I've watched Wisky a lot too this year....they aren't good on defense.

And I'm not making it an ISU thing...they flake out on that side of the ball too, although it's improved from past years which has helped their other issues.

When have you seen Penn St before the Iowa game? Iowa tore them up and they went from #41 to #47 with that one game. Everyone has bad defensive nights, and Penn St had one is all.

If you don't think Wisconsin Plays D, you just have no ability to see things objectively and I'll end this right here with you.

Let's just say Iowa needs to "adjust" and start playing D.

They have been straight awful defensively this season from what I've seen

It was my mistake thinking there wouldn't be that many cyclone fans actually following or posting in a thread titled Iowa MBB. Cool, but again, what happens if someone plays defense on him?

It's really not a knock on him...looks like a nice young man who says 'Golly gee' after every bucket.

College teams really don't play very good defense in general, and I'd like to see what happens when someone plays defense on him.

So you think he went through the entire year and put up those stats because nobody played D on him?

I get it, the cool thing on this board is to make fun of him because of his posture and the way he runs but the kid can play.

This was his first season on scholarship, he was a walk on his first 2 years in the program.
