You forgot to answer my question earlier. How is Oklahoma bad and Iowa is average but Oklahoma would be favored on a neutral court?
I just think Iowa is an average team. Why do you get so butthurt when someone calls a team average? What is your infatuation with that?

Iowa is far below average. Average team are on the NCAA tournament bubble. Bad teams are on the NIT bubble.

Because he thinks they suck and are below average. I tend to agree more with the average crowd myself but everyone has an opinion.
I could understand if I came here and started saying they were "good" or "great" or "elite", but I'm saying they're really average and mediocre and this guy acts like someone just **** in his ice cream.

Not in the top 70 of any of the major statistical categories, other than being upper 50s in rebounding. Ejim and McGee are in that league as well, I saw.
Yeah, all I was saying is that he was a player with negligible playing experience and Fran and company molded him into a decent player. I'm not saying he was a superstar or anything like that, but people continuing the narrative that Fran hasn't ever developed any players are just plain wrong. Jok, Uhtoff, White, and Marble all became outstanding college players. Then there are players like Olaseni and Basabe who never became elite, but very serviceable and they are both able to make a living playing a game.

They may have had a few games where they played average or above average, but if you look at the entire body of work, the hoks are a steaming pile of dog crap. Very little talent and very little hope for the future.

Why would you call Oklahoma bad and Iowa average when Oklahoma would be a favorite on a neutral court? Are you that big of a homer?

Bad teams in the P6 are teams like: LSU, Missouri, Rutgers, Texas, Boston College, Oregon State, Washington, DePaul, Georgetown, Penn State, Oklahoma, Washington State, Mississippi State. Those are all bad teams.

I'll give you White but he just worked really hard. Marble was a ball hog, Uhtoff never got any better, he was just forced to take more shots. If anything Fran ruined Uhtoff in college. Jok has always been a good shooter. Again due to lack of talent on the team he has to shoot more, but he doesn't play any defense. Not sure Fran deserves credit for developing any of these guys. White was a good find. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile.

You forgot Iowa. Even KenPom has Oklahoma ranked well above Iowa

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, I don't disagree.

Dude, Oklahoma is bad they're 10-19 and 4-13 in the conference. They're only win that is really worth a **** is WVU, and I have no clue how they won there. if that is average then you're stupid.

Oklahoma would probably beat Iowa. The others go beyond bad. I hope Penn State beats you. Would you come back and admit you are a bad team then?

That's great, good for ISU, I'll probably tune in for a bit. I'm just saying there aren't many people, outside of ISU and WVU fans, who give a **** about this game. There will probably be way more people watching the NBA game on ESPN. Same thing goes for Sunday, that 2:30 NBA game on ABC has a ton more people watching it than a MSU vs. Indiana on CBS around the same time.
I spend all college basketball season longing for games on Friday. I don't watch pro sports, wish they would put more cbb on Friday nights.

College basketball fans will tune in for this game, I would tune in if it wasn't ISU but a top 25 showdown, hell any P6 college basketball game is better than what usually is on Friday nights.

You're fighting a losing battle man. I already tried reasoning with them on arguments like this and you will always lose. Just for the record, I think Iowa is better than Oklahoma, their RPI is 70 spots higher also, I dont care what some fictitious Vegas game predictor says.
