You act like upsets don't happen in college athletics.Well you are O-fer against the B1G this year.
It appears ISU would have a really difficult time winning on the road in the B1G or SEC this year.

Haha, you just used the term great basketball to describe WVU.
I know you watched the Iowa vs ISU game, they looked good in that one. I'm guessing you saw what Iowa did to UNI, they didn't look Ugly in that game.
Lots of teams have ups and downs and Iowa's got the 7th youngest team in the country so they have had more downs than I like. Yet even ISU has had down moments this year. Heck just 3-4 weeks ago when they were like 4-5 in the Big12 many fans on here were down on the team and Prohm.

I find it interesting that the average RPI ranking of the Big Ten and Big 12 teams are both about 64. Never would have thought that. I think the Big 12 is better, especially at the top, I just would not have guessed they're both about the same.
That surprises me too. I think the Big 10 is absolutely terrible, however some fluke wins early in the season helped their RPI I'm guessing. They won't do anything in the Big Dance and the Big 12 could legitimately have 4 teams in the Elite 8.I find it interesting that the average RPI ranking of the Big Ten and Big 12 teams are both about 64. It seems like I have heard this in past years and it never comes to fruition.
Are you kidding? You appear pretty rational then pull this crap. If you are a basketball fan, a top 25 matchup is always intriguing. Especially when the team that's ranked lower is on a 6 game winning streak.Maybe must watch for Iowa State and West Virginia fans. I'm sure a lot of other people around the country have better things to do on a Friday night.
That's true.It seems like I have heard this in past years and it never comes to fruition.
Duke-FSU was a top 25 matchup and I watched about 5 minutes of that game too, I watched three times more of PU-Ind game than that game. I'd rather watch a college game that peaks my interest more. Are you kidding? You appear pretty rational then pull this crap. If you are a basketball fan, a top 25 matchup is always intriguing. Which do you prefer, KenPom or RPI?
It's an average. The middle of the Big Ten, according to RPI, are 41, 47, 50, 56, and 62.Its because they have 14 teams and the middle of the conference is bad and just beating up on each other where the Big 12 there is a clear cut line between the top 5 and everyone else.

It won't. Never does.It seems like I have heard this in past years and it never comes to fruition.
Indiana, being at the bottom of the league, is helping their overall RPI out a lot solely because of those KU and UNC wins at the beginning of the season. Then them losing in the conference doesn't hurt the conference average RPIIt's an average. The middle of the Big Ten, according to RPI, are 41, 47, 50, 56, and 62.
